This Shipping policy is applicable for orders placed on our website https://arconya.com and is applicable to all orders. This policy is intended to ensure that you are fully aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By placing an order at this store, you agree to the guidelines contained herein.
SHIPPING COST AND TAX:
- Free Shipping on all orders (product's tax included in the price. Import duties and tariffs, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.)
Shipping times:
Please note that many of our items are MTO, we need around 1 week to make them, or up to 3-4 work weeks for more intricate models which requires more work. Please check our holidays calendar to get a better idea about how long can your order take: Click here to view the Calendar
- Typical Shipping Transit time is 5 to 10 days (+ MTO time if mentioned in the product's description + handling time of 1-2 business days, Mon-Fri)

Order cut off time will be 02:00 PM (GMT+03:00) GMT+03:00 (Amman)
- Shipping carrier used: UPS or others
- If the order is delayed, or arrives later than advertised (5 to 10 transit days) you will be eligible for a 5% immediate refund
CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customercare@arconya.com or call Us at +9620796626197 or you can alternatively use our contact us page
Delivery Terms:
We use UPS Shipping or other equivalent services to deliver the orders to your doorstep.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you. Track your order by simply clicking the track your order button on our website using the tracking page, or view the tracking link in the email.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
